Como o Bry. falou, estamos 92% traduzido a interface do inkscape 0.46,
agora entramos em congelamento de strings/termos... Vamos completar os
100% á tempo de lançar a 0.46?! :)

Bom, seria interessante também ter a nota oficial de lançamento
traduzida, ela diz quais principais novas funcionalidades nesta
versão.

Hi all!

We're getting close to string freeze.  Even though there may still be
some code changes due to bug fixes, the codebase is extremely stable
right now, so now would be a very good time to begin updating
translations.

Following is a listing of the current percentages for various languages.
We're at 49% on average, with 10 languages at 80% or greater.  It would
be great to see the number of languages at >=80% be brought up to 20.
I'm also curious how many languages can be brought up to 100% before
release!
