[Flisol-br] Install Fests: What to Do about the Deal with the Devil

Ou melhor, ele está propondo uma abordagem SE o usuário precisar
instalar softwares não livres para fazer o hardware funcionar.
A minha correção é necessária senão parece que eu tô dizendo ele tá
defendendo a instalação de softwares não livres :-)
