Google Chrome's WebKit layout engine and V8 JavaScript engine are all 
Free and open source software. Other parts may be open-source or 
proprietary. Google Chrome's Terms of Service makes the entire package 
proprietary freeware. (see Terms of Service text, section 9.2).
