Olá Jonas,

você também pode importar paletas do site Colourlovers
<http://www.colourlovers.com/palettes>
não sei em que sistema você usa o Inkscape mas aqui
no Ubuntu Mate é só adicionar o arquivo .svg que você
baixar ao diretório:

/home/SEU-USUÁRIO/.config/inkscape/palettes
