Release of Noosfero 0.39.0

Hello,

After a long period without a new features release, we are very happy to 
announce the release of Noosfero 0.39.0, called "Ewondo" :)

This release has been partially supported by the Institute of 
Mathematics and Statistics <http://www.ime.usp.br> at the University of
