New suggestion: allow unregistered users to send message in the "contact us" form

Hi all,
I've just added another feature for wishlist
(http://noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem2749):
Today, when you click at "contact us" in any profile (user,
community, enterprise), you must be logged in to be able to send a message.
This is quite a mess for visitors wanting to get in contact with an
organization or enterprise without having to have a user in Noosfero.
So the proposal is that the user, community or enterprise could have
an option in his/her control panel (in the main configurations option),
to allow that visitors send messages in the "contact us" form.
In the case that the contact us allows visitors, the visitor would
have to put name and e-mail, besides have to go through the captcha, as
in the comments of unregistered users.
I think it's "easytosolve", since the comments already have this
functionality of allowing unregistered users to comment, and in this
case they must put name and e-mail and go through captcha.

Thanks,
daniel
