Some bugs on 0.44.2

Hi guys,

I just wrote some bugs that happened in stoa with the version 0.44.2 and
might be interesting to correct to the next release:

Error while sending a comment to a Work assignment:
http://noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem2761

The option to write comments is active while the respective checkbox is
inactive:
http://noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem2763

All items while creating some contents are mandatory (just in views):
http://noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem2762
