Release of Noosfero 0.42.1

Hey guys,

Today was released Noosfero's bugfix version 0.42.1. This version brings
lots of fixes and between them are some more escaped html, problems on
the SendMailPlugin and crashes on PostgreSQL.

Given increasing occurence of problems of incompatibility between SQLite
and PostgreSQL, from the next version we'll start using PosgreSQL as our
default development database too. So, we ask all of our contributors to
begin develop and test their new features directly on PostgreSQL to
avoid extra steps in the revision process.
