Emails with CSS

About the new dependencies, we prefer strongly the debian packages (for
all the reasons you already know), but we are not blocked to add new
dependencies on vendor/plugins. If the features is desired by the
community, important for Noosfero and the new dependencies are stable
and well tested, no problems.
