Import with CSV

Hi folks,

I'm from a UnB team and a Paulo Meirelles' student.
Our team is going to need import data from a .csv file to create
Enterprises.

I found this AI: noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem2745
So, I'd like to know if there is anybody who is developing it.
If not, we are going to try make some progress in massive Enterprise creating
by data from a CSV.
