[feature-proposal] Forgot password improvements

I guess enough time was given to this discussion (perhaps more than
anyone would like to...) and the proposal considered most relevant
through the Schulze method  was [daniel+ewout]. I agreed with Ewout on
this result. To summarize, the proposal is:

   There will be only the text field where the user is going to fill any
   of the available confirmation fields. If there is any multiple match,
   the system will send the email to all of the users matched. A message
   was appended to the email alerting the user that if he did not
   desired to change his password, he can desconsider the email without
   any concern.
