[feature-proposal] Extending products support for customization by plugins

Hey there everyone,

This feature include several changes that will extend the support for
customization of products in plugins. It includes:

   * Better support for plugin migration
   * Polymorphic association of products with profile instead of
     relating only to enterprises.
   * Settings for products
   * New "archived" field for products
   * Allow toggle of name uniqueness on subtypes
