Author name on Articles

Hello,

I'm Lucas Couto. Paulo Meirelles is my professor at UnB (Universidade de
Brasilia).

According to the ActionItem1092, the author name don't appear in the
articles. But we observed that the behavior of contents created both on
community's blog and content management and I could see that contents
inside the root folder doesn't show their authors, but the contents inside
children folders show it.

Is this a normal behaviour or it's a bug?
