Irritating recurring black popup - some news about it?

Hi all,

Is there some news about the problem of the popups that keep appearing 
several times after an action has been done? This is quite a mess.

Do you know what's the related Action Item and if there is someone 
looking at it? I'd like do say "I care" to it, and if someone who 
understands the problem can give me some light, I'd like to try to solve 
it (if there is nobody working on it).
