[feature-proposal] Custom welcome pages

Hello everybody,

I'm specifying a new feature to allow custom welcome pages based on
specific context. The idea is that a template may provide a welcome page
to be displayed to the user after creating a new entity based on that
template. So a user template may define the welcome page for a new user
that chooses it or the community template may specify the welcome page
after a new community creation. For now, I'm only developing the user
template, but I might do some other things if the time allows me.
