AI3088: Allow more space to category selection interface

Hi all,

We are proposing that the interface for choosing a product's or 
service's category be without sideblocks, so that there is more space 
for choosing the categories without distractions. We propose this change 
since many users had difficulties in Cirandas because of the small 
letters and the big amount of other texts around. Any problem with that?
