Link your Commit to an ActionItem!

Hi people,
I'm seen so many commits that have no message (description) and, the
worst, have no reference to an ActionItem.
I don't believe all commits must refer to an ActionItem, but most of our
work is related to a registered bug or feature request in noosfero
project's tracker.
That is important because sometimes we must see a commit to understand
why a line exists, and the commit message may do not tell enough. When
the commit refer to an ActionItem we can see the big picture and we have
more chances to understand.
At this week i put a new feature on our tracker: Commits list at the
bottom of each AI page.
Please see:
**http://noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem2810#commits*
Now that is a two-way feature. In a commit you can know the AI, and in
the AI you know the related commits. To work, it searches for commits
with the page name (/something like "ActionItemXXXX"/) in Ohloh.
But... if you don't add "ActionItemXXXX" to your commit message we get a
page of a "Done AI" without commits, like this:
http://noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem2900#commits
http://noosfero.org/Development/ActionItem3028#commits
