Login with Facebook, Google+ and Twitter

Hi Matheus,

As Daniel said, Braulio already has some work towards that. Although the
code is not already complete, it's a good start. The procedure is
handled by this plugin: https://github.com/coletivoEITA/noosfero-ecosol/tree/oauth/plugins/oauth
You might get in touch with Braulio(brauliobo at gmail.com) to see what's
already done and what is not.
