Translation time

Hello everyone,

We're closing the next bugfix release (0.47.2) so we updated the po
files with the new strings and translations and uploaded it to
Transifex. We're planning on releasing this version on 05/10 (next
tuesday). If you want to contribute with any translation, be it
translating unstranslated strings or reviewing translations you can do
so on: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/noosfero/
