I've written a comment on the AI where I explain why this "download"
button is neither user friendly or accessible.

In short: make it act the way the people expect it. No one expects to
click on a link named "example.mp3" and be directed to a page with
details. That's confusing for the user and blind guys would hate the
developers from the bottom of their hearts.
