Alpha instance with Rails3

Hello guys,

We have now an alpha instance running the current master branch on
rails3. This instance was installed using the debian package provided on
our test repository under the distribution name wheezy-test. It's also
necessary to include terceiro's temp repo with backported versions of
noosfero dependencies. So your source list should have:

deb     http://staging.download.noosfero.org  wheezy-test/
deb     http://people.debian.org/~terceiro/noosfero-wheezy-backports/  ./

It is running now on the domain: http://alpha.noosfero.org/

This instance is highly experimental so you should bugs and strange
behaviours. If you find any, remember to register the AI.
