0.47.1 Release

Hello guys,

Today we released the bugfix version 0.47.1. This version fixes a major
bug, a crash on a migration due to database inconsistency caused by the
custom-forms plugin. To whoever already installed 0.47.0 and bypassed
the bug manually, there is no need to worry. The cases where it was
crashing was in fact cases which were not supposed to be running. For
those who didn't installed yet, 0.47.1 should work smoothly.
