Noosfero 1.1 delayed, and thoughts for the 1.2 cycle

Sorry, I wrote exactly the opposite I wanted.

I meant to say to stop even trivial stuff commits even on the feature
freeze. The current policy makes me understand that during feature freeze
period only trivial stuff should go in, so we would really need a more
strict definition of trivial. For me, bug fixes and performance regressions
fixes were part of the feature freeze purpose, but some of them might not
be exactly trivial, so from now on I will do them as MRs.
