Why do you think that keep the article parent should be the default?

The `ATTRIBUTES_NOT_COPIED` is used with method `copy` that is also used on approval of articles. In this case (task `approve_article`), keep the parent is not the default.
If you really think that the parent should be copied, I think it would be better to send the parent as parameter when cloning the article.
