In cirandas we use `visible=false` just to hide enteprises not yet validated, created and managed by other enterprises as suppliers.

I really like the idea of this MR, which is to put control to users on the configuration of the profile visibility. Still I think `visible` may be used instead of `secret`.

For inactivated profiles, we may use `activated` boolean column, which now is completely unused in Noosfero.
