Noosfero 0.47.6 released

Hi,

This release contains a few bugfixes, including:

    * fixed escaping of arbitrary HTML in profiles' custom headers and 
footers
    * fixed crash on article visualization when spam_comment_count is nil
    * avoiding the removal of templates if it's not activated
    * removed log_memory_consumption job

It's recommended that everyone upgrade as soon as possible.
