Noosfero 1.2 RC1

Noosfero 1.2 RC1 has just been released.

It can obtained from the 1.2-rc1 tag in the git repository. Debian
packages are also available at:
http://download.noosfero.org/debian/wheezy-test/

Please help by testing and reporting any problems.

There are very few issues at this point, so I hope to release 1.2 final
very soon, as long as everyone helps by fixing the outstanding issues
(i.e. failing tests) listed at http://ci.noosfero.org/
