Noosfero 1.2 rc2

I have pushed a tag, and debian packages, for Noosfero 1.2.

We are now very close to releasing. Please help by testing upgrades from
1.1 and letting us know about any problems, fixing bugs and the like.

You can get the Debian packages for Debian 7 (wheezy) by following the
instructions at http://download.noosfero.org/debian/wheezy-1.2/
