Hello Aurium :)

I made a quick review of this MR. I think a MR with interface changes like this would be better if the author provides a screen-shot with before and after so the Noosfero community can opine. Personally, while I really liked how you made the submission page more informative, I prefer to see the form responses with field tags instead of plain text. IMO you should at least include a helper to better format multi select responses instead of printing the semicolon separated default.
