I did a quick test here and that very feed (http://www.cbj.com.br/rss/) and it worked just fine for me, with the current master. Can you look for any error logs? 

you said you also couldn't load a different blog, is that in the same blog that had problems loading the first feed, or a different one? Are there other  feeds that are working?
