noosfero | Set the type of a field when using Noosfero::Plugin::Settings (#258)

It would be nice to set the type of a field when using `Noosfero::Plugin::Settings`, so we can rely on `ActiveRecord::Type.cast`. The idea is to replicate the option that is already provided by regular `setting_items`.
