noosfero | Valid identifier format (!1292)

Hey @mendesiasmin, indeed the problem is happening with invalid identifier such as "asdf---asdfsa". But the enterprise creation is still allowing a task with an invalid identifier to be created. We need to treat this on the CreateEnterprise task creation to avoid the task being created and not being able to be finished.
