noosfero | Use multi-language imagens with noosfero:doc tasks (#282)

When adding new pages to the user docs, we create `.textile` files and then translate the content in the `.po` files, so we can generate XHMTL files. Since the images in the documentation should also be translated, it would be nice if we could "translate" image paths.
