noosfero | Secret communities don't accept invited members (#242)

Secret communities are supposed not accept new members unless they are invited. Currently it's not allowing invited members to join.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Mark a community as "secret" in the profile options.
2. As a community admin, invite a new member.
3. Log in as the invited member.
4. Try to accept the invitation on the tasks page.
5. See the error.
