noosfero | Fix the load picture on new template (!1266)

Rodrigo Souto started a new discussion on app/models/profile.rb:

This feature needs testing. Take a look at `test/unit/profile_test.rb` for tests calling the method `apply_template` and try to do something like them for the image attribute.
