noosfero | Comment captcha blocker (#264)

The captcha on comments is blocking the user to comment. For some reason no submit button is displayed neither pressing ENTER sends the captcha answer.

This problema was reproduced on: http://ola.coop.br/bahiacooperativo/noticias/divulgada-mensagem-do-dia-internacional-do-cooperativismo
