noosfero | Add support view SVG file (#267)

Acredito que isso possa ser meio "urgente", já que a última versão do Noosfero não permite visualizar e nem fazer download do SVG, teste aqui:  http://collab.debian.net/diversity/debian-diversity.svg?view=true

Antes abrindo a url sem view=true, conseguia baixar o SVG,  http://collab.debian.net/diversity/debian-diversity.svg
