noosfero | Proper "not found" page is not being displayed (#272)

When you hit a page that does not exist, Noosfero is displaying a blank page with "Not found" written instead of the proper "not found" page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access a page that does not exist
1. See the wrong page.
