Closes #223 

Uses `full_path` instead of `public_filename` to retrieve the CMS path of uploaded images, so Noosfero will always redirect the requests to the correct path.

Note: This change does not affect Article images, since it only creates a `Image` object instead of a `UploadedFile`.
