noosfero | Adds multitenancy support to video_processor (!1339)

- Removes forking when processing files (not a good idea for envs with a large number of pending/new videos)
- Adds a namespace to the daemon app name, and runs a different service for every environment
- Disables Spring when using `rails runner` to save results. It might throw an error in sessions without associated terminals
- Save different logs for each environment
