We have two very similar plugins. This patch moves the features of CommentGroup into CommentParagraph and deprecates the former.

In the CommentParagraphPlugin, it is possible to:
* Select/Deselect an individual section to be commented
* Select/Deselect all all paragraphs at once to be commented
