noosfero | Add filters in pagination links (!1559)

Hey @mendesiasmin, this item is actually related to the pg_search plugin facets filters. When you have the facets enabled and you choose a filter that still list enough results for pagination to display when you click on the pagination links the facets filters are cleared. We must find a way to keep the facets params active when changing pages.
