noosfero | Quick-start - Postgresql auto install (#358)

Was removed auto install Postgresql from Quick-start. When run quick-start, after install cypress an erro was return:
"Failed to start postgresql.service: Unit postgresql.service failed to load: No such file or directory."

Postgresql install was removed in commit: 15a62c9eca3be6936411ef5de032c8abbe261c74
