Thanks, it looks better. Just a small detail:

There is an empty `li` element on the blocks link. It looks weird when the circles container is hidden.

or when it is collapsed and the action is hidden.

I believe if you hide the whole `li` item, not only the `div` and the button, it will look better. Would you please take a look?
