noosfero | Noosfero's backup task is not recovering medias (#306)

The backup task simply ignores the fact that the database only stores the paths of all medias uploaded by the instance users. All the media files that are contained inside /public are not being saved with the .sql script. As a result, when the database is restored, the uploaded files are still referenced but not accessible. In case of any malfunction that requires a restore, the uploaded files would be lost.
