noosfero | revert comment paragraph plugin for the older version (!1460)

Only the migration will not resolve the problem. You change the way that the plugin works.
Before the change the user only needs to save the article and each comment will be marked to comment. Now we need to mark each paragraph to comment on it. 
In the past this plugin works like you did and it was called comment group plugin.
The comment paragraph plugin was a fork of comment group.
I will make some changes in comment paragraph plugin but I need to make a sure that everything is working rigth now.
If you have no objection I would like to merge this code and we could think I a way to incoporate your evolution in other merge request (I will do it next week).

I understand the intentions in with your code but I think It's better to garantee everything works now and after make the evolution . What do you think?
