noosfero | Sprockets-rails 3.2.1 breaks 'link_to' (#330)

After talking to @gabrielssilva one of the possible causes of this problem is that after the gem support has been added in `script/quick-start`. Probably when there's a higher version installed in the environment, maybe it's a conflict with something else's version.
But when running `quick-start` again solves the problem, apparently in _clean_ environments it doesn't happen. Also, according to @gabrielssilva manually locking to '2.1.2' solved the problem. 
So it seems the this problem only occurs with later version of `sprockets-rails`.
