noosfero | Use the right gettext context function (#22)

I was studying the solution for that, and found out that we're using the gem "fast_gettext", that doesn't implements pgettext() context function. There is an issue opened in fast_gettext repository(https://github.com/grosser/fast_gettext/issues/87) to implement the p_() method, since it's a demand for several projects (GitLab i.e. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/40347).
