noosfero | Create new helper for button with font-awesome icon but without text (#337)

There are many places in Noosfero that used a button with icon but without text and there is no such thing anymore on the responsive design. The places where there used to these kinds of button now display on texts and in many cases they break in width.

We need to write a new helper for this kind of button and find places where they are more suitable than the full text button.
