noosfero | Deleting a Community keeps the UploadedFiles (#373)

@MatheusRich I feel like an `dependent: :destroy` or `dependent: :delete_all` could handle this right? We just gotta check if it is necessary whether keeping or not the UploadedFile object after its associated Profile is deleted.
